Workout Wednesday


Well I must admit it that I failed to complete the 28 day Zumba challenge. I got about half way through and then had to stop for all manner of excuses reasons... too busy, injured knee, lack of energy etc etc. So now I'm back to my normal routine of going to the gym three times a week and the odd zumba session (due to the still tender knee) but I am always on the lookout for other exercises that I can try out at home and of course Pinterest comes in very handy as usual.
Here are just a couple of pins from my fitness board that I will be trying out this week and plan to make it a regular thing that I try out a couple of the numerous ideas that I spend my time pinning to boards.



You can also never have enough workout gear in my opinion and it's been quite a while since I bought anything new. I found a couple of items on Zalando that I wouldn't mind having so I guess this would be my wishlist for when I get around to updating my workout gear.

1. Sports shirt - I don't like wearing really bright tops to the gym so this understated grey shirt is perfect for not standing out. I also like the bagginess of it with the fitted bottom which will be nice to hide jiggly bits so that I can concentrate on my cardio instead of which parts might be on show.

2. Leggings - I really like the orange stripe on these otherwise plain black leggings. It adds a bit of understated flair.
