10 Ideas For The Easter Break

Only a couple of days left until a nice long weekend filled with chocolate, goodies and hopefully lots of fun! I am seriously looking forward to it so have been trawling through Pinterest (like I need an excuse) looking for ideas for food and fun things to do with the kids this weekend.

Here are my favourite ideas for the Easter break at the moment. Enjoy!

1. Easter Egg Garland
I have seen so many pictures of things like this one made using balloons and string but have never gotten around to trying them. Really cool though and looks easy enough.

2. Easter fingerprints
Easy, quick and super cute! Makes me want to get out my paints and pens right away to start doodling.

3. Chocolate Egg Nests
An interesting alternative to the usual cornflake or rice crispy nests

4. Easter Egg Art
I always have scraps of paper left over from crafting and now I have something useful to do with them.

5. Decorated Easter Branches
This one's mine but I just couldn't resist as I think it looks so pretty.

6. Egg with Treat
Another balloon and string craft but this time with a hidden treat. Great idea!

7. Exercise Egg Scavenger Hunt
Great to get the kids active at this chocolate filled time of year.

8. Strawberry Carrot Snacks
These look sooo good! And so easy to make.

9. Colourful Deviled Eggs
I've always wanted to serve deviled eggs and this idea would make them a great addition to the table.

10. Glitter Easter Eggs
Such a lovely simple idea with great results.
