They're Real! mascara by Benefit

I feel like I'm on a constant quest to find the perfect mascara and after participating in some forums and hearing which mascaras other people recommended, I found that so many people swore by this one that I thought it was time to test it out for myself. Brands such as Benefit are not readily available in stores where I live but you can buy them quite easily online. Maybe I'm strange, but I really wanted to see these products with my own eyes and be able to touch them and try them out before I made a decision to buy, so I was very happy when I was on a shopping trip one day in a different city and happened to come across a store that had some Benefit products.
I was in 'Douglas' which sells many different types of make up and perfumes. As I perused the Benefit section I was like a child in a sweet store as this was the first time that I could test out products that I had heard and read so much about (I already own some eye cream from Benefit but had never tried their make up).
I was especially interested in the Watt's Up! highlighter and the They're Real! mascara and as I use mascara a lot more than I use highlighter in my daily routine, I decided to go for that one. I must admit that the highlighter was lovely and I will definitely buy that next time I'm in the area or maybe even online (now that I've tried it out).

I've been using my new mascara now for a couple of weeks and during that time my other mascaras have been gathering dust as I am absolutely loving this mascara.

It has a simple applicator with a ball shaped end which is designed to help get those pesky little hairs that hide in the corners and works really well. The applicator is just about right in size, not too large or small so you can easily apply the mascara to both your top and bottom lashes with ease.
The formula sticks to the lases well and you can use one coat to get a more natural look or two coats for something a bit more dramatic.

I think that this makes my lashes look so long and curled without the use of a lash curler. So no surprise to say that I am really happy with this product and look forward to getting the highlighter and trying out more of their make up products soon.

Thanks for reading and feel free to suggest other mascaras that I could try out in the comments below
